A: it depends on what sort of vibe you are after. i lived in brighton for 2 years and loved it, great pub and club scene and great live music, lots of weird and wonderful shops and people and its 40 mins on the train from london.weymouth is okay but not as much going on as brighton and its full of army guys at the weekend. portsmouth is a dump, its like the wild west! cornwall is cool but its a bit detached from the rest of the country as its so out of the way (nice place tho). i wouldnt recommend nottingham at all, not a very interesting place to live. liverpool is cool but has one main problem, its full of scousers! so, to sum it up, go to brighton but remember this, its f!@#$%g expensive!
