Q: I am leaving in about a week should I be worried about a hurricane coming? I don't see any in the forecast as of yet and i know they were hit just a few weeks ago. What do you all think?
A: If you are staying on the north coast, by Montego Bay, you will most likely be well protected if hurricanes do come this way. Jamaica is very mountainous and that tends to break up storms enough to spare the north coast. The end of September is still touch and go for hurricanes, but don't worry yourself. Come and enjoy yourself.
