A: It is wonderful. October will not be as crowded, and it is a good time to visit the cities, as they come back to life in the fall (all the locals are back from vacation.) Some of the smaller towns might be too quiet if you really like night life- but there are always some cafes/bars open. The weather in recent years has been pretty mild, well into the fall, so you would be able to take advantage of that. Have a great time.
