Q: Im in the US Marine Corps. I have orders to send my personal things in a package an I have to ship by ground from FL, CA how long does it take if I shipped it on Sept, 13th to what?
A: I would definately recommend using UPS instead. Pricing should be comparable, and you can track the package much easier. Parcel Mail is 'space available' mail, which means it gets bumped for higher priority packages. Assume 10 business days as a base expectation.
